He has held Executive Chef positions at Hagen’s Back on Front, and The Doubletree Hotel Downtown, where he was also the Director of Food and Beverage. Prior to becoming an Executive Chef, Andy spent his time refining and adding depth to his culinary skills by working at Bexley’s Monk, Gilberto’s Mexican Restaurant, The Holiday Inn/ Worthington, and Monaco’s Catering, where he worked as a Sous Chef.Andy has also spent time in the front-of-the-house, as an Assistant Banquet Manager, at Holiday Inn/ Worthington, and Old Bag of Nails Pub as a Restaurant Supervisor. He also has a degree in Food Service/ Restaurant Management from Columbus State Community College. |
