Summer Session 2 2010 Schedules

All schedules subject to change. Initial schedules will be emailed to team captains as well as posted on Spike's Patio. Captains and players please note, due to recent issues management will be strictly enforcing the rules and regulations regarding the sand volleyball leagues. Players will need to sign a waiver before starting play for the second summer session. Previous rules that are currently found in the packet which will now be more strickly enforced include:

1. No children under the age of 17 will be permitted on the patio during league play. We will offer FREE OPEN BOWLING for kids while parents play, however children under 13 will require parent or guardian supervision (as stated on regular alley rules).
2. NO ONE under the age of 21 may play on a team. This has always been a rule, but was recently brought to our attention that some teams have players younger than the required age for an adult beverage-sponsored volleyball league.
3. We ask that teams continue to police themselves as instructed in the packet to keep the length of games to their appropriate time. We are looking into clocks/timers to assist and will be more diligent in the evenings to ensure game times stay on track.

Sand volleyball at Ten Pin Alley and Spike’s is all about co-ed recreational fun. All skill levels are welcome. Some nights fill up faster than others so be sure to get your team registered early to secure your spot! Download Our 2010 Packet Today!

The Basics

Teams will consist of at least 6 players, and all sessions will be co-ed recreational format. Each team will be responsible for calling their own games and reporting their scores. Players must be 21 or over and carry a valid ID (you will be carded to drink).

In order to run volleyball games in a timely fashion, all matches will be best 2 out of 3 games to 15 points, win by 2 (offensive scoring format) with a 21 point cap. There will be a 55 minute time limit for each match. Rally scoring will take place if games are behind at the league representative’s discretion.

In order to reserve your spot, participating teams will need to fill out a registration form completely and return it to Ten Pin Alley and Spike’s. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. We will not accept any applications without payment. You may sign up for any or all sessions. Payments may be made in the form of CASH, CHECK, or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted). Checks made payable to “Ten Pin Alley and Spike’s”. A completed roster and signatures on the disclaimer form is needed prior to playing.
